St. Charles Community,

The St. Charles Fall Festival is the major Parish Community Fundraiser.  We would love your support as a sponsor this year. The event is scheduled for Friday, September 26 to Saturday September 27 in our Upper School Yard!  You can donate either items or money for your sponsorship. We have several categories of sponsorship: 

Diamond Tiger - $1000 or above

●        Your sign will be exclusively on a booth of your choice and you’ll receive 4 drink tickets, 2 game tickets and 2 meal tickets

●        You will be listed on our Sponsors Wall of Thanks and in the Parish Bulletin under Festival Sponsors

Platinum Tiger - $500 or above

●        Your sign will be on a booth and you’ll receive 4 drink tickets and 2 game tickets

●        You will be listed on our Sponsors Wall of Thanks and listed in the Parish Bulletin under Festival Sponsors

Gold Tiger - $250 or above

●        Your sign will be on a booth and you will receive 2 drink tickets and 2 game tickets (limitations apply)

●        You will be listed on our Sponsors Wall of Thanks and in the Parish Bulletin under Festival Sponsors

Silver Tiger - $175 or above

●        Your sign will share space on a booth and you will receive 2 drink tickets

●        You will be listed on our Sponsors Wall of Thanks and in the Parish Bulletin under Festival Sponsors

Bronze Tiger - $170 or less

●        You will be listed on our Sponsors Wall of Thanks

●        Listing in the weekly Parish Bulletin under Festival Sponsors 

To sponsor, complete the enclosed form and return to the Parish or School Office or you can make an online donation here under “Festival Sponsor”: St. Charles Online Giving Page and return the attached form with a copy of your online receipt to the Parish or School Office. The deadline for language for signage is September 19, 2025.  Your gift is tax-deductible to the fullest extent by law.  For donations of $250 or more, you must include this receipt when filing with the IRS.  Please consult with your tax professional for more information. The Festival Team thanks you for your consideration in supporting the Fall Festival again this year. This is an important event for our Parish Community and we appreciate your help in making it happen.  We are blessed to be part of such a wonderful community.
