Catholic Volunteer Opportunities at Stanford Hospital

Catholic Volunteer Opportunities, Stanford Hospital

Would you be interested in visiting Catholic patients at Stanford Hospital and offering them Communion as a Eucharistic Minister?

If you are a compassionate and empathetic listener, well-grounded in your faith, and open to serving a couple of hours a week, then becoming a Spiritual Care Service Volunteer at Stanford might be the right opportunity for you.

We particularly welcome bilingual Spanish/English candidates for Eucharistic Ministers. In addition, we offer Spiritual Care Volunteer positions as clerks. If you would rather work in an office environment, have good organizational skills, and can serve 2-3 hours early in the morning one day per week to prepare the visitation lists for the Eucharistic Ministers.

Do not miss Stanford Health Care’s next virtual orientation about serving as a

Spiritual Care Volunteer, via Zoom, Thursday, July 11, 3:00-4:00 PM

To learn more about this special ministry and sign up for the orientation session, please contact Spiritual Care Service at by Friday, July 5, 2024.
