The Parish Festival

The Parish Festival is the largest fund raising event of the year for St. Charles Parish.  All are welcome to enjoy the food booths, game booths and activities booths. 

2012 Festival Hours

Friday, Sept 28th from 3 till 9:00pm

Saturday, Sept 29th from 1 til 9pm

Sunday, Sept 30th from 12:30 till 6pm

To Our Neighbors

Dear St. Charles Parish Community Friends and Neighbors,

We would like to advise you that St. Charles Parish will be holding our annual Fall Festival the weekend of Sept 28 - 30, 2012 on the School Grounds. The annual Fall Festival is a community event approved by the City of San Carlos and run by School and Parish members. We typically have many games of skill with prizes, plenty of activities for children, fantastic food and beverages, great entertainment, fun for all ages. This is our only Parish/Community fund raiser of the year.

The hours of the event will be:

• Friday, Sept. 28th from 3 till 9:00pm
• Saturday, Sept. 29th from 1 til 9pm
• Sunday, Sept. 30th from noon till 6pm

The popularity of our annual Fall Festival may lead to additional traffic or parking on your street. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will have professional security in place roaming the streets and grounds during the day and evening.

Festival Parking

There will be additional parking available near St Charles during the festival.  Check back here for a map of available parking.  Thanks in advance for using those parking areas and not blocking our neighbors' driveways.

Festival Sponsorships

You can either donate items or money for your sponsorship.  There are three categories of sponsorship:

GOLD Sponsors:  Donate $250 or more

• Your sign will be exclusively on one booth
• You will be listed on our Sponsor’s Wall of Thanks

SILVER Sponsors:  Donate $175

• Your sign will share space with one other sponsor on a booth
• You will be listed on our Sponsor’s Wall of Thanks

BRONZE Sponsors:  Donate $100 or less

• You will be listed on our Sponsor's Wall of Thanks

To become a sponsor, complete the sponsorship form and send it with a check to St Charles Parish, ATTN: Parish Festival Sponsorship, 880 Tamarack Ave, San Carlos, CA  94070  or make your sponsorship donation online.  This donation is tax deductible and your donation receipt is at the bottom of the form.

The Festival Team thanks you for your consideration in supporting the Fall Festival. This is an important event for our Parish Community and we appreciate your help in making it happen.
