Greetings and thank you for visiting our website to learn more about St Charles Parish. On April 1, 2005, I stepped into my role as the ninth Pastor of St Charles.

I am humbled by this awesome responsibility, and I embrace the path blazoned by my predecessors who ensured that throughout history the Catholic Parish in San Carlos has evolved to meet the needs of an ever-changing population.  

Since 1929, St Charles has served the San Carlos Community.  We started in a small building in downtown San Carlos that is now known as Casa de Flores.  Later, we built the second church, which is now the gymnasium at St Charles School.  The church building we currently occupy is the third rendition of St Charles Church.  And we are particularly proud that the community has come together to fund the renovation of this building, initially dedicated in 1966. 

As we continue our journey in the 21st century, we are working to ensure that our church remains vibrant and relevant in our modern times.  I hope that we will continue to be a source of spiritual strength and a welcoming community as we continue to serve as Jesus did.
